Innovative sawhorse made from appropriately dimensioned steel sheet, thick enough to withstand the loads, yet not too thick to save on weight. The latter can be particularly important for mobile use in carpentry or by construction companies.
During development, the load specifications emphasized not only minimal weight and high load capacity but also compact transport dimensions combined with a time-saving folding mechanism. Both assembly and disassembly take only a few seconds, hence the name. The release button in the middle is used to unfold the legs, while folding is done by operating the levers on both ends.
An additional feature is the adjustable working height over a wide range. The legs have 7 locking positions, which can be selected via an easy-to-operate and reliable mechanism. Non-slip surfaces on top with 8 holes for attaching a sacrificial board or beam.
Connectable with a second unit through side-mounted beams. There are corresponding recesses (38 × 50 mm) on the left and right of the support surface. We recommend securing the beams with screws, as there are holes available, or other constructive measures. The possibilities are almost limitless, allowing you to choose dimensions for an individually optimal height. The combination of two speedhorses connected with beams provides a good base for supporting one or more boards, creating a robust mobile workbench. To protect sensitive floor coverings like wooden floors, cork, and tiles, the legs have plastic feet.
