Our handling time includes item selection, secure trade packaging, quality inspection, and courier handover.

Your items are transported via our network of tracked courier partners (such as Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL).

Total estimated delivery time from the moment you complete payment until it arrives at your doorstep is 3–6 business days.

Once your package has been successfully handed over to the courier network, an automated dispatch notification will be sent straight to your registered email address.

This email will contain a live tracking link so you can monitor your shipment's journey in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier tracking link to update its initial status.
6. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues

Please review and double-check your delivery address during the checkout flow. We are unable to redirect or change shipping destinations once a package has been dispatched from our facility.
